| Returns & Exchanges |
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the manufacturer's policies and call Beauty Salon Equipment within 30 days of product delivery.
Customers returning product will be given a return merchandise authorization, or RMA number which must be clearly visible on the product packaging for all returns. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number on the packaging.
Please ensure that returned product is correctly packaged in original packaging. Customer is responsible for returned freight costs, unless product arrived defective. Credit will be issued following inspection at receipt, minus freight fees.
